- 32 ounces CHICKPEAS AKA GARBONZOS (I DO 2 CANS OF THE LOW SODIUM VARIETY)
- 1 teaspoon DICED JALAPENO (MORE IF YOU DIG THE HEAT)
- 2 tablespoons EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
- 1 teaspoon MINCED GARLIC ( 1 CLOVE)
- 1/2 cup WATER
Instructions
- **OPTIONAL** REMOVE THE SKINS FROM THE CHICKPEAS ( THEY COME OFF WITH A "PINCH")
- PUT THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN A FOOD PROCESSOR OR BLENDER FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES
- SERVE WITH THE HUMMUS SPREAD AND SOME MORE DICED JALAPEÑO AND A PINCH OF BIT OF OLIVE OIL IN THE CENTER (SEE PHOTO)
