Ingredients
- 16 ounces Fat Free Cream Cheese
- 168 grams Quest Protein Powder (4 scoops of your favorite Flavor)
- 2 packages Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls
- 1 cup Vitafiber
- 1/2 cup Cashew Milk (Or whatever your preference is)
- 1/3 cup Splenda
- 2 tablespoons Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix together the Cream Cheese, Protein Powder, Splenda, cinnamon and Milk until it's a spoon spreadable consistency (May need more or less milk depending on the Protein Powder you Choose)
- Spray a foil lined baking dish large enough for a cake about 15 inches in Diameter
- Lay the crescent rolls with a slight overlap with all the points in the center of the pan (See Photo)
- Spread your cream cheese/protein mixture completely around the middle of the unrolled crescent rolls ( See Photo)
- Fold the crescent rolls over the mixture to make a King Cake shape (See Photo)
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until Golden Brown
- Remove and let cool completely
- While cooling mix the vitafiber equally in to 3 bowls and use food coloring to make each bowl the traditional Mardi Gras colors ( Purple, Green & Gold) or whatever colors you decide to use)
- Spoon drizzle all three Mardi Gras colored Vitafiber liquids over the cake and enjoy !
